The ID-E880 mobile VHF/UHF dualband, D-Star transceiver has been designed to be easy to use and contains a new 'DV mode' feature which allows the operator to access D-Star repeaters in just two steps. The ID-E880 mobile is the successor to the ID-800H mobile transceiver and retains many of the features of its predecessor including switchable dualband capability, detachable controller and 50W power output. The usability of the ID-E880 has been improved with a larger LCD display and a high speed scan capability of up to 50 channels a second.
Icom’s ID-5100E VHF/UHF dual band D-STAR digital mobile transceiver enhances core features found in the celebrated IC-2820H mobile and incorporates the user-friendly technology found in the IC-7100. The radio features a large responsive touch screen and also integrated GPS, optional Bluetooth connectivity and support for Android devices.
In 1995, almost two decades ago, Icom changed the way radio hams thought about mobile HF communication with the introduction of the IC-706. Since that time, the Icom Mobile HF radios have been the Performance HF mobile radio of choice. Now, at the 2012 Tokyo Hamfair, Icom has once again changed mobile HF communications with the introduction of the IC-7100.
The IC-9100 all-in-one HF/VHF/UHF transceiver covers not only HF, 6M, 2M, 70cm and 23cm* Amateur radio bands, but also a variety of operating modes including SSB, CW, AM and FM. It also features dual band simultaneous reception, satellite mode operation and RTTY decode on the display.
D-Star Handheld Radio
Connect to the D-STAR* network using either our IC-E80D, IC-E92D or ID-31E D-STAR* handheld radios.
Showing its commitment to D-STAR, Icom have now released its next generation model in the form of the ID-31E UHF D-STAR Digital handportable. One of the things that instantly strikes you about this new model is how sleek and lightweight it is. But don’t let size fool you...inside the ID-31E is an integrated GPS receiver and fully functional D-Star radio. This gives you the capability to communicate across the globe using the D-Star network but also to track and display GPS information including position, altitude and movement.
Evolving from Icom's popular ID-31E D-STAR portable, the ID-51E Dual Band D-STAR handportable possesses new features including dualwatch, 500 extra memory channels (for a total of 1,752 channels), automatic position reply (DV), repeater search functions and AM/FM Receivers.
D-Star Radio Repeaters
Check out our new range of D-STAR* digital radio repeater products including the ID-RP2C Repeater Controller and the ID-RP4000V UHF Digital Voice Repeater!
One unit is required for each repeater station and can connect up to 4 RF modules. The ID-RP2C transfers the received signal to the specified RF module or the Internet gateway server.
There are DV (digital voice) mode RF modules for the respective bands. With a combination of these RF modules, cross band operation with 430- 440 MHz band is possible
The ID-RP2D is the Digital Data mode RF module for 1.2GHz and provides an access point with a high-speed data rate of 128kbps.
For 23cm operation, the ID-RP2V 1.2GHz Digital Voice repeater connects to the ID-RP2C and receives/transmits 4.8kbps digital voice.
The ID-RP2000V VHF digital voice repeater opens the way for UK Amateur operators to use the D-STAR repeater system on 2m.
